Ed (Eddie) led a team of seasoned professional mechanics, apprentices, tech advisors and auto sales representatives within his local community for over 40 Years. He understood the value of 5 star customer service. He educated his three sons by teaching them the importance of fast delivery, exceptional customer service and superior quality work/products. He did all this while also keeping his customers and team smiling. Upon his passing his Son William (Bill), decided to expand the already successful dealership business in his memory and Shop Eddies was born. RETURN POLICY - Shop Eddies strives to keep you smiling.  If for any reason you are not completely happy with the item you have purchased, we will allow you to refund item within 30-days.  Please read our full return policy below for all details. 

SHIPPING -  Shop Eddies processes orders within 1-3 business days.  In some cases however,  an order might be put on hold from our warehouse  for reasons such as:  No inventory available due to two orders being processed at the same time, packaging was damaged or product is packaged incorrectly/discontinued .  For these cases we try to reship within 5-business days.  If for any reason, we cannot replace item, we will "cancel" the sale, provide you with notification and provide you with a full refund.    

  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

Within 30 days: a 30 day money back guarantee is available for all products/items not opened and returned in their original package/box/container/bag. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and an up to 20% restocking fee associated with original purchase (only on returned items "deemed buyer’s remorse").  We cannot accept returns on any special ordered items, aerosol cans/paints or electrical parts.  
 
Damaged goods:  If a product arrives broken, damaged or is not the correct product as indicated on the box / order, product can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.. There is not a restocking fee for these cases.  In order for this to apply - any item(s) deemed as “damaged / broken” upon opening package- you are required to attach photo(s) when requesting a RMA with a clear image of item + package.  (This is required by the manufacturer and returns warehouse). 
 
Refund timeframe:  Returns are processed within 14-21-business days once product has been sent back with tracking number. We do however do our best to have them processed as soon as possible.
 
Notification of refund: An email will be automatically generated to the email address used  at the time of purchase that indicates your return confirmation and any RMA/RGA (Merchandise Return Authorization) numbers, or shipping labels that you may require in order for the return to be accepted from the warehouse and manufacturer.
 
NON RETURNABLE: Electrical parts, special-orders, service manuals, custom-made products, installations videos, aerosol cans/paints, are not returnable/refundable. 
 
Shop Eddies is not responsible for any assembling of products gone wrong, deemed as not correct part / product for vehicle, for any damaged incurred from using any of  the products purchased.  All product data and photos are provided by the manufacturer; therefore, Shop Eddies makes no guarantee of accuracy during the parts look-up process.    The responsibility of the user /installer is to verify the fit of any and all parts prior to installation.  We advise you to check with a licensed mechanic or speak to the manufacturer direct before using any part(s) purchased.  We do not assume any risk associated with your purchase.

******Return tracking numbers must be emailed back  to Shop Eddies once item has been shipped.   

It is important to note that all “authorized” returns must be in their original condition, this includes all components. They cannot be damaged due to incorrect installation, being disassembled or due to product being mounted. Any items returned that are missing components will not be refunded.  Shop Eddies is not held responsible for situations that may occur from trying to install and assemble products. These scenarios are not deemed as “damaged goods”.

REFUND FAQs
 
Q. Where is my money refunded?
A.  All funds are returned to the payment method used at time of purchase.  Payments sent back to credit cards might take up to 72 hrs. to be seen on your statements.
 
QI received my refund but it was not the amount I originally paid - why?
A.  Refunds processed are less restocking fees for buyer remorse cases. Therefore, the amount will always be a lesser amount (unless deemed "SE fault")

Example of sale processed: 
Item purchased for $60.00 (free shipping included)
Taxes $0.00
Restocking fee (-20%) =  $12.00  
Return Amount Owing  $48.00

Customer is also responsible for the return of shipping (unless item was damaged, or mispackaged).

Note: In some cases, especially when item is under $30 - it might make more sense for you to resell item.

 
Are all listings 100% accurate?

2017  

This year we have added additional products and now carry close to 1 million items across many marketplaces.  We continue to work with our Partners to ensure our order processing and shipping costs are most favorable for our customers.   2017 we launched on eBay Canada and start to welcome more Canadian customers to Shop Eddies.   We continue to source high quality affordable products, are working on many programs to ensure that our pricing, and overall online competitiveness is where we need to be to provide customers what they are looking for at the best price possible.  We can thank you for choosing us and hope you will continue checking back throughout 2017 to watch us grow to help service your needs.
