The store was created in memory of Ed (Eddie), who led a team of experienced mechanics, apprentices, tech advisors, and auto sales representatives for over 40 years. Ed understood the importance of providing exceptional customer service, and he instilled this value in his three sons.
Shop Eddies aims to carry on Eddie's legacy by providing the best possible service, products, and the fastest delivery to keep customers smiling. 2023
2023 has been a successful year for ShopEddies as we continue to strengthen our position as a leading supplier of high-quality automotive parts and accessories. So far this year we’ve expanded our product line with new brands and products, improved fulfillment times, and enhanced our customer support. We remain committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services and staying at the forefront of the industry through ongoing research and development. 2022
Shop Eddies continues to grow as 200+ new brands with fitment get added to our line-up. Our Canadian market begins to catch up with our USA business and overall, 2022 is looking promising. With our customers back shopping in-store, we continue to build momentum when it comes to growing our online business. Our online relationship with the marketplaces gets stronger and we work with key executives to help ensure customers’ needs are being met while adhering to many new eCommerce policies that have been launched. 2022 has got the attention of the world when it comes to buying auto parts online. We can now safely say, online shopping is our future, and we could not have achieved the results we have without all our brands, partners and most of all everyone that click buy from Shop Eddies. 2021
This has been one of our strongest years, Shop Eddies continued working with top brands, working on fitment tools/data to help customers find the right part and accessory based on the year, make and model they drive. We started to see the online purchasing of parts and accessories was more than just Covid related. We built trust with our online customers and partners and opened the door to creating the perfect way to save money and time by having any part or accessory delivered to your home or shop fast. Our sales and customer base grew and we as a team expanded. We have never lost sight of working for our customers and providing them access to the parts they need at the most affordable prices.
2020
What can we say, the year that COVID-19 took its toll across the country. Starting in March the team all started working from home. We all wanted to do our part in helping to keep as many around us as safe as possible. Our online sales went through the roof at the beginning of June and have continued to be a steady flow. More and more people have taken to the internet to do their shopping online due to the pandemic. This year our RV/Outdoor category doubled in sales. If there is one thing this year has proven is that getting outside, away from it all is where people seem to be spending their money. And really, it just makes sense. Our condolences to anyone who might have lost a loved one due to COVID-19. It has been a rough go for many. We cannot thank everyone enough for choosing Shop Eddies for your parts and accessories.
2019
This year the focus was to step up our customer service and look for better ways to serve your needs. Feedback questionnaires were sent out after each purchase, and we took the time to read all responses from our customers. Shop Eddies knows it's the customer that keeps us motivated all day. Without them/you there would be no Shop Eddies. We have learned a lot over the last several years and this year allowed us to take the time and listen to the needs of our customers. 2018
2018 was all about investing in distribution. Shop Eddies expanded its partnerships and added 4 additional warehouses to its line-up. In doing so, there were more quality well-known brands available on both our USA and CDN sites. We can get our packages out the door that much faster and into your hands. We now have many repeated buyers, and we will continue to work our butts off to source items for all makes and models and provide them to you at affordable prices.
2017
This year we have added additional products and now carry close to 1 million items across many marketplaces. We continue to work with our Partners to ensure our order processing and shipping costs are most favorable for our customers. 2017 we launched on eBay Canada and start to welcome more Canadian customers to Shop Eddies. We continue to source high-quality affordable products. We are working on many programs to ensure that our pricing and overall online competitiveness are where we need to be to provide customers what they are looking for at the best price possible. 2016
A new year and new goals for Shop Eddies. We have revamped our website to provide you with a better shopping experience. Although it is still a work in progress - we look forward to adding more products, rebates/ offers, tutorials, sale items, and of course all the latest and greatest new gadgets/products as they launch to support all enthusiasts and their needs. Social media platforms begin to launch and some of the team participates in one of the largest Parts and Accessories shows in the industry (SEMA). Connecting them to their customers' wants and needs that much more. Shop Eddies also adds 100,000 more items to its line-up and begins to feature new categories – RV, Marine, Outdoor, Camping, and Apparel. New marketplaces where consumers can purchase items launch. Shop Eddies officially takes the lead in having one of the largest stores on eBay in their market.
2014
The online shopping experience for customers enhances as Shop Eddies continues growing its team by hiring key personnel to provide five-star customer service. Shop Eddies continues its momentum in this online industry as one of the best-trusted online providers of parts and accessories. New partners form and key platforms installed giving customers the most competitive pricing all while maintaining a high level of security for their orders. Thousands of dollars invested in back and front-end programs – fast shipping and trackable orders become key in creating relationships. Shop Eddies sales grow by more than 400%.
2013
Shop Eddies launched in 2012 with the primary focus on providing quality, branded auto parts (more specifically, “performance parts”) through its online store. Performance enthusiasts embraced Shop Eddies with ease, confidence, and repeat business. It was not long before they also started asking us for additional items for their other vehicles. And of course…it did not take Shop Eddies long to realize that there are plenty of other enthusiasts that could benefit from being able to order parts and accessories via the convenience of their couch/phone/desktop, etc. Shop Eddies takes its 50,000 performance parts and accessories store to new levels.
REFUND FAQs
Q. Where is my money refunded?
A. All funds are returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Payments sent back to credit cards might take up to 72 hrs to be seen on your statements.
Q. I received my refund, but it was not the amount I originally paid - why?
A. Refunds processed are less any restocking fees for buyer remorse cases. Therefore, the amount will always be a lesser amount (unless deemed "SE fault").

Item purchased for $60.00
Taxes $0.00
Restocking fee (-20%) = $12.00
Return Amount Owing $48.00
The customer is also responsible for the return of shipping (unless the item was damaged, or mispackaged).
Note: In some cases, especially when an item is under $30 - it might make more sense for you to resell the item.
